Seriously: Rocco Frank for the 118th?

Are the people of the 118th being "punked"? There are questions about the seriousness of Rocco Frank’s recently announced plans to run for state representative in the 118th. When you look at Frank’s published agenda you immediately realize this is likely someone's idea of a bad joke. His published positions are more in alignment with the United Nations than the 118th State House. Mr. Frank may not realize this but the state house does not set national or international policy. His published issues included reductions in foreign aid to other nations, border control and providing body armor to our troops. His issues seem a bit “off the mark” for state legislators”
Maybe he intended to run for the House of Representatives in Washington?

On the domestic front Frank’s wants to make it illegal to get a tattoo on your neck and wants to require all couples to have a prenuptial agreement. He also wants to set up an exclusive internet domain for internet porn. For those of us who have lived in the 118th our entire life, these are not the issues keeping us awake at night. Frank's agenda is so "otherworldly" that we're convinced the 118th has simply been “punked.”

You Have Definetly Been Punked

Was poking around at Franks office with my computer, they were in a meeting and this blog was up on the screen. They were all laughing their heads off, that Mike character below works for Frank. I think you have all been made the butt of his staffs amusement. You guys just took a test to reveal how far you would go in your ridiculessness I am sorry to say that I think they are really hoping you talk about UFO'S and Tatoos all through November.

The trivialization of insane remarks by the Democrats will greatly help his campaign.

Have you guys seen this?

Punk you back

Dear Mr. Anonymous,

Michael Vecchiarelli works for Rocco Frank at Computer Fox and is his nephew. Mr. Vecchiarelli introduced himself to Jim Amann at the 118th Democratic convention and stated that he was Rocco's manager.

However, I do agree with you on one point - the Dems should stop taking Rocco Frank seriously.

I support Rocco Frank

Democratic Town Chairman Richard Smith in a recent news story has made some comments about Independent candidate Rocco Frank that are emblematic of the typical negative comments that mar the reputation, of the Milford Democratic Party.

While I have not yet heard any of Mr. Smith's "progressive ideas," I do support Frank in his assertion that we could have saved many teachers' jobs just by not repeating the "strange things" the Democrats and Republicans have done, including spending 55K dollars to remove a scaffold for a party, build a worthless park on a bridge, upset bird sanctuaries with an expensive boardwalk and initiating a war threatening a disgraceful recall of the city's aldermanic leaders by upsetting Edward Tamas, a government watchdog.

While I am a native of Milford and love my town and family dearly, I must say that it upsets me greatly that there is now not enough money to save the jobs of [all] 180 teachers, and industry like the Bic corporation left our .town, costing us more jobs.

I believe Frank represents a "breath of fresh air." For those of you who disagree, I suppose you can go back to the same old thing and expect a different result. Good luck.

What'd you say?

I have no idea what you're talking about but you apear to be "very passionate."

What UFO?

I did not read anything about UFO's in Rich's article. I think the man doth protest too much.

Frank Agenda

Recently spoke to Frank, and asked him all about UFO's he mentioned nothing about a search for ET. But we did have a great conversation about the freedom of information act, and technology held by many military companies here in CT that are capable of solving our energy crisis. He does agree that he cannot change the world, but he is full of energy and enthusiasm about being a catalyst for change.

As a Democrat Myself, I think that when you post photos like the one above you are entering a new realm or if I dare may say "you go where no man has gone before."

Thought you should perhaps keep our party away from slander.

R. Brown

The Truth is Out There.

Is this article a joke? If not, than I think that you deliberately used Mr. Frank's comments out of context to smear him. With the election only months away, and the only viable Democratic candidate being a 25-year-old unemployed airline flight attendant, you probably have more serious matters to occupy your time.

Anyway, I hear Mr. Frank or one of his representatives will be at Stonebridge on Wednesday, May 21 to take part in the environmental discussion. Perhaps you can get a statement from him regarding his views on UFO conspiracy as well, since you've decided to focus on this important issue rather than the countless others facing our town. But I think you will find his views quite to the contrary of what was originally misrepresented on this website.
